Vancouver, Washington is one of the most desirable areas to live in the state. Offering a variety of cultural activities, nearly year-round rain, and strong job growth in engineering and computer science, this area is a cozy place to call home. If the city center has too much concrete for your tastes, there are a number of nearby areas that offer a bit more vegetation and space to stretch your legs, so to speak, while still offering convenient access to desirable urban amenities.
We serve all of the following unincorporated Clark County areas, including:
Lake Shore – This unincorporated area is on the East side of Vancouver Lake, making it an ideal location for commuting to other areas around Vancouver, including Portland and Camas. It’s proximity to the I-5 freeway also makes it easy to head North toward Olympia and popular recreation areas.
Hazel Dell – Hazel Dell, though a popular area to live in its own right, is technically still part of Vancouver. With a number of shopping, dining, and job opportunities, Hazel Dell is fairly populous, which makes it one of our top areas for clients with roofing needs.
Orchards – Located in Southern Clark County, Orchards is home to some beautiful rural properties and strikes a nice balance in the way of open spaces and convenient access to Greater Vancouver.
